Nurtured Return & Refund Policy
At Nurtured, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. While we’re committed to getting it right the first time, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please take a moment to review our updated policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request. However, in certain situations, we may consider exceptions at our discretion—just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

We cannot accept returns on socks, used items, or custom-made products
To start a return, please email us at sales@nurturedscrubs.com.au with your order details and proof of purchase.
Return Request Process
Before sending anything back, please contact us via email to initiate your return. We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return address.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

The item is returned damaged, not in its original condition, or missing parts (not due to our error)

The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery (subject to approval)
Final Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund. In exceptional circumstances, we may accept a return and offer store credit (minus any shipping costs).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days

We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds we deem unreasonable or not aligned with our policy

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size, send us an email and we’ll walk you through the return and re-order process.

Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase

Items showing wear and tear after 30 days are not eligible for exchange
Shipping & Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Return shipping fees are non-refundable

If your original order qualified for free shipping (over $80), we will deduct the shipping fee we incurred from your refund

If your order didn’t qualify for free shipping, that shipping fee will not be refunded
Partial Refund Orders:
If your remaining order value (after partial return) no longer qualifies for free shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
Lost or Damaged in Transit

Lost parcels: We are not responsible for parcels lost by Australia Post. Please follow up directly with them.

Damaged items due to product defects will be covered by us, including return shipping.
