Nurtured Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We process all Australian orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100AUD

  • $10 Standard Shipping for orders under $100 AUD

  • $14.95 Express Shipping 

Return to Sender Policy

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office within the specified timeframe, a $10 return-to-sender fee (charged by Australia Post) will apply if you request a re-dispatch. 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If Australia Post marks your order as “Delivered” and the address you provided was correct, Nurtured cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

If you haven’t received your order despite delivery confirmation, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours, household members, or building management

  • Contacting Australia Post to initiate a parcel investigation

As we fulfil our delivery obligation upon dispatching to the correct address, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for parcels confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Carrier

We exclusively use Australia Post for all shipments.

You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

All Australian standard and express shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Express Shipping 1-4 business days 

Standard Shipping 2-7 business days 

Updating Your Delivery Address

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours, so we cannot guarantee changes after order placement. If you contact us promptly before dispatch, we will do our best to update your address. Otherwise, please reach out directly to the delivery carrier with your tracking details.

Checking Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your parcel’s progress via the Australia Post tracking portal:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact us at nurturedscrubs@gmail.com with your order number and details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
